Mr. Harish Suryavanshi
Mr. Harish Suryavanshi, a well-known seasoned global corporate counsel with 6 years academic and 20 years’ corporate legal experience with technology MNCs like ITCube Solutions, Al Shirawi Group, Tech Mahindra Ltd., Hansa Global, Aegis Ltd., managing and leading their corporate legal operations and large and complex assignments, overall international commercial contracts and risk management.
Harish and his team is having expertise large and complex, technology, products/IP/Products/SaaS/Outsourcing commercial contracts (drafting, review and negotiation), government bids, compliance matrices, and overall risk management across EMEA, US, UK and APAC regions.
Harish is expert in handling large and critical international contractual and employment disputes and helped in successful commercial settlements or amicable resolution by substantially saving time, efforts and money. He is also well versed in advising and strategically supporting on global compliance requirements and matters related to cybersecurity, IP portfolio, IP & licensing, privacy and data protection.
Harish has successfully closed many cross border end to end M&A transactions, Joint Ventures, Technology Transfer, Consortium, Strategic Partnerships, JDA/Technology Alliance across various regions.
Harish has also served as a leader, mentor, and a corporate trainer and leader on various legal topics and matters including on career consultation, legal soft skills, contract management and risk mitigation, IT and law, IPR, ADR and Cybersecurity, cross border contract negotiations. He is a invitee and speaker at various national and international forums and also published various articles and papers in both national and international journals.
